These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TaleTime mobile app ("the App"), provided by SK APPS (Kenichiro Sakamoto) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TaleTime is a story game in which a parent or guardian and a child take turns adding to a story, and an AI model writes the opening, the next part after each turn, and the ending. The App is free to use and contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
An account may be created only by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. The account holder is responsible for the child profiles they add, for supervising a child's use of the App, and for keeping their login information secure. Children should use the App together with a parent or guardian.
Parts of each story are generated automatically by an AI model. We instruct the AI to keep stories suitable for young children and filter obvious inappropriate words and personal information, but AI output can occasionally be unexpected, inaccurate or unsuitable, and we cannot review every passage before it is shown. Please read stories together with your child. If a passage is unsuitable, tap the flag icon next to it to report it; we review reports and use them to improve our safeguards.
Please keep your turns kind and suitable for children. Do not enter real names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, email addresses or other personal information, and do not try to make the AI produce violent, sexual, hateful or otherwise harmful content. Turns that contain obvious inappropriate words or contact details are not accepted. Stories are private to your family; you keep any rights you have in what you write, and you allow us to store and process it to provide the App.
The App, its software, logos and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose, including reading, saving and sharing the stories your family creates for personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated text will always be suitable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how story text is processed by our AI provider, and how to delete your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the App after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SK APPS（阪本憲一郎、以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「TaleTime」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
本アプリは、保護者とお子さまが交代で物語を書き足し、AI が書き出し・各手番の続き・結末を書く物語ゲームです。本アプリは無料で、広告およびアプリ内課金はありません。
アカウントを作成できるのは18歳以上の保護者のみです。アカウント保有者は、追加したお子さまのプロフィール、お子さまの利用の見守り、ログイン情報の管理について責任を負います。お子さまは保護者と一緒に本アプリを利用してください。
物語の一部は AI モデルが自動で生成します。当方は AI に幼いお子さま向けの内容にするよう指示し、明らかに不適切な語や個人情報を除外していますが、AI の出力は予期しない内容・不正確な内容・不適切な内容になることがあり、表示前にすべてを確認することはできません。物語はお子さまと一緒に読んでください。不適切な文章があれば、横の旗のアイコンから通報してください。通報は当方で確認し、対策の改善に使います。
手番の文章は、やさしくお子さま向けの内容にしてください。実名・住所・学校名・電話番号・メールアドレスその他の個人情報を書かないでください。また、暴力的・性的・差別的その他有害な内容を AI に書かせようとしないでください。明らかに不適切な語や連絡先を含む手番は受け付けません。物語はご家族の中だけで保存されます。書いた文章について利用者が持つ権利は利用者に残り、当方は本アプリの提供に必要な範囲でこれを保存・処理します。
本アプリのソフトウェア・ロゴ・デザインに関する権利は、当方またはライセンサーに帰属し、著作権その他の法令で保護されています。当方は利用者に対し、ご家族で作った物語を個人的・非営利の目的で読む・保存する・共有することを含め、本アプリを本来の目的で利用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能な利用権を許諾します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、いかなる保証もいたしません。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、または誤りなく動作すること、AI が生成する文章が常に適切であることを保証しません。法令で認められる範囲で、当方は本アプリの利用に起因する間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
当方が収集する情報、物語の文章を AI 提供元がどう処理するか、データの削除方法は、プライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
当方は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、最終更新日を改めて本ページに掲載します。変更の効力発生後も本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関する紛争は、消費者保護に関する強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
