Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of appdevelopsk.com and tools.appdevelopsk.com (the "Site") operated by Kenichiro Sakamoto ("SK APPS", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal or non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where law expressly permits
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the Site at a rate that interferes with normal operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or other users' accounts
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices

2. Tools and calculators

The Site offers free online tools (calculators, converters, generators, etc.). These tools are provided for general informational purposes only.

• No professional advice. Health, financial, legal, and similar tools are not substitutes for professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on tool output.
• Best-effort accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free results. Verify important calculations independently.
• Browser-only by default. Most tools run entirely in your browser. Inputs are not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated on the tool page.

3. Linked mobile applications

The Site links to and showcases mobile applications distributed via Google Play and the Apple App Store. Each application is governed by its own privacy policy and terms (available on its support page or store listing). These Terms govern only the Site, not the mobile applications themselves.

The Site, its design, layout, code, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by SK APPS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

5. Third-party content and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising. Advertisements are typically labelled as such and may be served by Google AdSense or other authorized advertising networks. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the products or services advertised. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

6.1 Affiliate links

Tool pages may contain links labelled “Sponsored” that are affiliate links to third parties. If you click and complete a qualifying action at the partner site, we may receive a commission. Affiliate income supports the free operation of the Site and does not influence editorial content. The price you pay is unchanged.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SK APPS AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS TOOLS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO USD 50 OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SK APPS and its operator from any claim, demand, loss, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that should reasonably survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) shall continue in effect.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
