These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Idea Market mobile app ("the App"), provided by SK APPS (Kenichiro Sakamoto) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Before you can browse or post ideas, the App also asks you to accept its community rules, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Idea Market is an app where users post business and product ideas and read ideas posted by others. Ideas are written by users, not by us, and we do not check them for accuracy, originality or feasibility. We may change, suspend or remove any feature or content without notice. The App requires an internet connection.
You can browse idea listings without an account. You need to sign in to read the full details of an idea and to post ideas. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings in the App, or by contacting us.
Idea Market has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, in an idea, a display name or any other content:
You also must not use the App to impersonate others, to access the App or our servers by automated means or place an unreasonable load on them, to attempt unauthorized access to the App, our servers or other users' accounts, or for any unlawful purpose.
To report something outside the App, contact us at the address below.
You keep the rights you have in the ideas you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, translate and distribute your content within the App and related services (such as idea share pages) for as long as it is posted. Ideas you publish can be read by other users. We cannot prevent other people from using an idea they have read, so do not post anything you want to keep secret or need to protect. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
The App can translate ideas into your language using machine translation (Google ML Kit on-device translation). Translations are generated automatically, are not reviewed by people, and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. The original text is always available with "Show original". If a translation is wrong or offensive, please report it from the idea's menu.
The App currently does not sell any digital content and does not process payments. Ideas are free to read for signed-in users, and the App does not pay out money to authors. If we introduce paid features in the future, their price and terms will be shown in the App before purchase, and these Terms will be updated.
The App may display advertisements provided by third parties. How advertising data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The App, its software, logos and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Ideas belong to the users who posted them. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Ideas and other user content are the responsibility of the users who post them, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, legality, originality or usefulness. Acting on any idea is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the App after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SK APPS（阪本憲一郎、以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「Idea Market」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。また、本アプリではアイデアの閲覧・投稿の前にコミュニティルールへの同意をお願いしており、このルールは本規約の一部です。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
Idea Market は、ビジネスや商品のアイデアを投稿し、他の利用者が投稿したアイデアを読めるアプリです。アイデアは当方ではなく利用者が書いたものであり、当方はその正確性・独自性・実現可能性を確認していません。当方は予告なく機能やコンテンツを変更、停止または削除することがあります。本アプリの利用にはインターネット接続が必要です。
アイデアの一覧はアカウントなしで閲覧できます。アイデアの詳細を読む場合と、アイデアを投稿する場合はサインインが必要です。ログイン情報の管理およびアカウント上の行為はご自身の責任となります。アカウントとそのデータは、本アプリの設定画面から、または当方への連絡により、いつでも削除できます。
Idea Market は、不適切なコンテンツや迷惑行為を一切許容しません。アイデア・表示名その他の投稿に、次のものを含めてはいけません。
また、他人へのなりすまし、自動化された手段による本アプリや当方のサーバーへのアクセスや過度な負荷、本アプリ・当方のサーバー・他の利用者のアカウントへの不正アクセスの試み、違法な目的での利用も禁止します。
本アプリの外から通報する場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
投稿したアイデアについてお持ちの権利は、引き続き投稿者に帰属します。投稿者は当方に対し、投稿が公開されている間、本アプリおよび関連サービス（アイデアの共有ページなど）の中でそのコンテンツを保存・表示・翻訳・配信するための、全世界的・非独占的・無償の利用権を許諾するものとします。公開したアイデアは他の利用者が読むことができます。読んだ人がそのアイデアを利用することを当方は防げないため、秘密にしたい内容や保護が必要な内容は投稿しないでください。投稿した内容については投稿者自身が責任を負います。
本アプリでは、機械翻訳（Google ML Kit の端末内翻訳）でアイデアを利用者の言語に翻訳できます。翻訳は自動で生成され、人による確認は行っておらず、不正確または不適切な場合があります。原文は「原文を表示」でいつでも確認できます。翻訳が誤っている、または不快な場合は、アイデアのメニューから通報してください。
本アプリは現在、デジタルコンテンツの販売や支払いの処理を行っていません。サインインした利用者はアイデアを無料で読むことができ、本アプリから作成者への金銭の支払いも行っていません。将来有料の機能を導入する場合は、価格と条件を購入前に本アプリ内に表示し、本規約を更新します。
本アプリには第三者が配信する広告が表示される場合があります。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
本アプリのソフトウェア・ロゴ・デザインに関する権利は、当方またはライセンサーに帰属し、著作権その他の法令で保護されています。アイデアの権利は、それを投稿した利用者に帰属します。当方は利用者に対し、本アプリを本来の目的で利用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能な利用権を許諾します。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、いかなる保証もいたしません。アイデアその他の投稿コンテンツは投稿した利用者の責任であり、当方はその正確性・適法性・独自性・有用性を保証しません。アイデアに基づいて行動する場合は、ご自身の責任で行ってください。当方は、本アプリが中断なく、または誤りなく動作することを保証しません。法令で認められる範囲で、当方は本アプリの利用に起因する間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
当方が収集する情報とその利用方法は、プライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
当方は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、最終更新日を改めて本ページに掲載します。変更の効力発生後も本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関する紛争は、消費者保護に関する強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
