Daylapse – Support & Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Daylapse turns one photo a day into a timelapse of your own life. Every photo stays on the device that took it.

Support

For a bug report, please include your device model and iOS version.

Common questions

Where are my photos stored? In the app's own storage on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere, and there is no account to sign in to.

What happens if I miss a day? Nothing is lost. The calendar simply leaves that day empty and the timelapse skips it.

How do I export a timelapse? Once three or more days are captured, open Timelapse from the top bar and choose export. The result is saved as a GIF to your photo library.

What does Daylapse Premium include? Unlimited photo storage and export of your full history. The free version keeps the most recent 7 days. It is an auto-renewing subscription; you can cancel any time in the App Store subscription settings.

How do I delete my data? Deleting the app removes every photo it stored. Individual days can be deleted from the calendar.
