1収集する情報

Solace（以下「本アプリ」）は、匿名のデバイスIDを使用してアカウントを自動作成します。ユーザー登録は不要です。以下の情報を収集します。

• デバイスID：匿名識別子として自動生成されます（メールアドレス等は不要）
• チャット履歴：AIとの会話内容を保存します
• 気分・感情データ：毎日の気分チェックインと任意のメモ
• オンボーディング情報：ニックネーム（任意）と主な関心事項

2情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用します。

• AIチャット機能の提供・パーソナライズ
• 気分トラッキングと履歴の管理
• ストリーク（連続記録）の追跡
• アプリの改善・不具合修正（Sentryによるクラッシュレポート）

3第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Anthropic Claude API：AIチャット応答の生成に使用されます
• Sentry：クラッシュレポートおよびエラー監視のために使用されます

4データ保管と削除

データはサービス提供のためサーバーに保存されます。アプリ内の「設定」→「データを削除」からアカウントとすべての履歴を完全に削除できます。また、メールでの削除依頼にも対応します。

5メンタルヘルスデータの取り扱い

本アプリはメンタルヘルスに関する情報を扱います。収集された感情・気分データは第三者に共有されず、AIによる応答改善のみに使用されます。本アプリは医療サービスの代替ではありません。緊急の場合は専門家にご相談ください。

6子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の個人情報を収集しません。

7ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更が生じた場合は、このページを通じてお知らせします。

広告（Unity LevelPlay）

本アプリは、Unity Technologies（旧 ironSource）が提供する広告配信基盤 Unity LevelPlay を通じて広告を表示します。広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、Unity LevelPlay SDK および同 SDK と連携する広告ネットワークは、広告ID（Google 広告ID）、IPアドレス、端末の機種、OSのバージョン、言語設定、広告の表示・タップ履歴などの端末情報を取得することがあります。これらの情報は Unity および各広告ネットワークのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます（Unity プライバシーポリシー）。広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズ広告の無効化は、端末の設定（設定 > Google > 広告）からいつでも行えます。

1Information We Collect

Solace ("the App") automatically creates an account using an anonymous device ID. No registration is required. We collect the following information.

• Device ID: Automatically generated anonymous identifier (no email required)
• Chat history: Conversations with your AI companion
• Mood and emotional data: Daily mood check-ins and optional notes
• Onboarding information: Optional nickname and primary concern

2How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes.

• Providing and personalizing AI chat support
• Mood tracking and history management
• Streak tracking for wellness habits
• App improvement and bug fixing (via Sentry crash reports)

3Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services.

• Anthropic Claude API: Used to generate AI chat responses

4Data Retention and Deletion

Data is stored on our servers to provide our services. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App via Settings → Delete My Data. You may also request deletion by email.

5Mental Health Data

This App handles mental health-related information. Collected emotional and mood data is not shared with third parties and is used only to improve AI responses. This App is not a substitute for professional medical services. In an emergency, please contact a qualified professional.

6Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

7Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by updating this page.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay)

This app displays ads served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies (formerly ironSource). To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Unity LevelPlay SDK and the ad networks it works with may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, language setting, and your interactions with ads. This information is processed by Unity and its ad network partners under their own privacy policies: Unity Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
