1収集する情報

SkinSage（以下「本アプリ」）は、AIスキンケア分析サービスを提供するためにアカウント登録が必要です。以下の情報を収集します。

• メールアドレス：アカウント作成およびログインのために使用します
• 肌タイプ・肌悩み：パーソナライズされたルーティン生成のために使用します
• 肌分析写真：AI肌分析のために一時的に処理されます（サーバーに永続保存されません）
• 分析履歴：進捗トラッキングのためにサーバーに保存されます

1a顔・肌データの取り扱い

本アプリでは、AI肌分析のためにカメラで撮影した顔・肌の画像（以下「顔データ」）を使用します。顔データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおり明示します。

• 保持しない：顔データは分析処理のためにサーバーへ一時的に送信されますが、分析完了後ただちに削除されます。画像ファイルそのものをサーバーに永続保存することはありません。
• 保持期間：分析処理の実行中のみ（通常数秒以内）。分析完了後は即時削除します。
• 第三者への提供：顔データを第三者に提供・販売・共有することは一切ありません。
• AI分析処理：分析はAIモデルによって行われます。このモデルは顔データを学習目的で使用せず、分析結果のみを返します。

2情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用します。

• アカウント管理・認証
• AI肌分析の実行
• パーソナライズされたスキンケアルーティンの生成
• 進捗記録の管理
• アプリの改善・不具合修正（Sentryによるクラッシュレポート）

3第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Sentry：クラッシュレポートおよびエラー監視のために使用されます

4データ保管と削除

アカウントデータはサービス提供のためサーバーに保存されます。アカウントの削除を希望する場合は、アプリ内設定またはメールにてご連絡ください。すべての個人データを削除いたします。

5子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の個人情報を収集しません。

1Information We Collect

SkinSage ("the App") requires account registration to provide AI skincare analysis. We collect the following information.

• Email address: Used for account creation and login
• Skin type and concerns: Used to generate personalized skincare routines
• Skin analysis photos: Temporarily processed for AI analysis (not permanently stored on servers)
• Analysis history: Stored on servers for progress tracking

1aFace and Skin Data Practices

The App uses facial and skin images captured by the camera ("face data") for AI skin analysis. We are transparent about how we handle this data.

• Not retained: Face data is temporarily transmitted to our server for analysis processing, then immediately deleted upon completion. The image file itself is never permanently stored on our servers.
• Storage duration: Only during the analysis process (typically within a few seconds). Deleted immediately after analysis is complete.
• No third-party sharing: We do not provide, sell, or share face data with any third parties under any circumstances.
• AI analysis processing: Analysis is performed by our AI model. This model does not use face data for training purposes and returns only the analysis result.

2How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes.

• Account management and authentication
• Performing AI skin analysis
• Generating personalized skincare routines
• Managing progress records
• App improvement and bug fixing (via Sentry crash reports)

3Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services.

• Sentry: Used for crash reporting and error monitoring

4Data Retention and Deletion

Account data is stored on our servers to provide our services. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us via the in-app settings or by email.

5Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
