This policy explains what data Reset Loop collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted.

Information We Collect

• Commitment settings you enter: target app name, daily limit in minutes, and donation amount per trigger.
• Screen time usage data: daily usage totals for the apps you have chosen to limit.
• Anonymous device identifier: a randomly generated ID stored on your device. Reset Loop has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
• Advertising identifier: collected by Google AdMob to serve ads (see “Advertising” below).
• Analytics and diagnostic data: aggregated, non-identifying app usage events and crash diagnostics.

How We Use Your Information

Commitment settings and usage data are used to calculate your daily limits, generate weekly reports, and display community-level aggregated statistics (total planned donation amounts, participant counts). Individual data is never publicly disclosed. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating and improving Reset Loop.

Advertising

Reset Loop shows advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may access your device advertising identifier in order to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: the App Tracking Transparency prompt, which you may decline). Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (screen views, feature usage) and Sentry for crash and error diagnostics, solely to fix bugs and improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected by these services.

Data Sharing

Data is transmitted to our application server at resetloop.appdevelopsk.com and processed by the third-party providers named above (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Sentry). We do not sell or otherwise share your data with any other party, except where required by law.

Data Security

All communication between the app and our server is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data on our server is accessible only to the data controller named above.

Data Retention

Commitment settings and usage logs are retained on our servers for as long as the app remains installed and in use, and are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of all data associated with your device at any time:

• By email: send a deletion request to app.develop.sk@gmail.com. Please include the anonymous device ID shown in the app’s Settings screen so we can identify your records. We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Uninstalling the app removes all data stored locally on your device.

Children

Reset Loop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting app.develop.sk@gmail.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when we do.
