Rental Inspector stores all inspection data (photos, condition scores, notes) locally on your device. No data is uploaded to any external server.
The app requires camera access to photograph the condition of rooms and items during inspections. All photos are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.
Photos are verified with SHA-256 hashing to ensure tamper-proof evidence. This hash computation is performed entirely on your device.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (screen views, feature usage) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Free users see ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Premium users see no ads.
On iOS, we request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing AdMob to track your activity. You may decline tracking and the app will continue to function normally with non-personalized ads.
All inspection data, photos, and reports are stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers. You can delete your data at any time by removing inspections within the app or by uninstalling the app.
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store any payment information.
