Rank It Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rank It ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rank It mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those providers.
Usage data: Your rankings, votes, topics created, friend connections, and app activity.
Device information: Device ID (for anonymous user identification), operating system, and app version.
Location data: Country-level location derived from your IP address for regional statistics. We do not collect precise GPS location.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Rank It service
To display community rankings and leaderboards
To enable friend comparisons and social features
To deliver daily topics and track XP progression
To show relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Third-Party Services

Rank It uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

Google AdMob – for serving advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Sign-In – for optional account authentication.
Sign in with Apple – for optional account authentication on iOS.
Sentry – for crash reporting and error monitoring. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

5. Children's Privacy

Rank It is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

The right to access your personal data
The right to correct inaccurate data
The right to delete your data
The right to opt out of targeted advertising

Account Deletion

If you no longer have access to the app, please email us at app.develop.sk@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request - Rank It". We will delete your data within 30 days.

Rank Itアプリをご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。13歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。

2. ユーザーの行為

以下の行為を禁止します：

スパム・不正なコンテンツの投稿
他のユーザーへの嫌がらせや差別的な発言
アプリの不正操作・リバースエンジニアリング
虚偽の情報の流布

3. コンテンツ

ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツの責任はユーザー本人にあります。当社は不適切なコンテンツを削除する権利を留保します。

4. 有料機能

アプリ内購入（Premium機能等）はすべて最終確定となります。返金はApp Store/Google Playの各ポリシーに従います。

5. 免責事項

Rank Itは現状のまま提供されます。サービスの中断・データ損失について当社は責任を負いません。

6. 準拠法

本利用規約は日本法に準拠します。
