One Tap Routine (“the app”, “we”) is a simple one-tap habit tracker. We respect your privacy. One Tap Routine has no user accounts and no app server — your routines, daily completions, streaks, and settings are stored only on your device. This policy explains the limited data processed by third-party services the app uses.

Data we process

• On-device data: your routines, daily completion records, streaks, and app settings are kept locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
• Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): aggregated, non-identifying usage and event data to understand how features are used and improve the app.
• Crash & error reporting (Sentry): diagnostic information when the app crashes or hits an error, used solely to fix bugs.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): if you do not purchase “Remove ads”, AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to serve ads. On iOS this only occurs with your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, advertising tracking is not used.
• In-app purchases: the “Remove ads” purchase is processed by Apple/Google. We do not receive your payment details.

How data is used

Data is used only to operate and improve One Tap Routine — to run the app on your device, measure usage in aggregate, diagnose crashes, and (unless you remove ads) show advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

One Tap Routine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, and no way for users to contact one another. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party providers

For details on how these providers handle data, see Google (Firebase & AdMob) and Sentry privacy policies. Apple/Google handle in-app purchases under their own terms.

Data retention and deletion

Because One Tap Routine has no user accounts and no app server, we hold no personal records about you that we could look up or delete on request. Your routines, completions, streaks, and settings live only on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes them permanently. Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase and Sentry are retained for up to 14 months and 90 days respectively, and are not linked to your identity. If you have any question about your data, or wish to make a request in relation to it, email app.develop.sk@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data sharing

Data is processed only by the third-party providers named above (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Sentry) and by Google/Apple for in-app purchases. We do not sell your data or share it with any other party, except where required by law.

Your choices

• Decline ad tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, or reset your advertising identifier in system settings.
• Purchase “Remove ads” to stop ad serving entirely.
• Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data.
