1収集する情報

NearMeet（以下「本アプリ」）は、待ち合わせ近接通知サービスを提供するために以下の情報を収集します。

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ユーザー名、表示名
• 位置情報：iPhone および Apple Watch から取得するGPS座標（待ち合わせセッション中のみ）
• 待ち合わせ情報：待ち合わせのタイトル、場所、日時、参加者情報
• メッセージ：待ち合わせ内で送受信した定型文・チャットメッセージ
• デバイス情報：プッシュ通知トークン、Apple Watch の接続状態
• 利用状況：アプリの利用履歴、近接イベントログ

2情報の利用目的

• 待ち合わせ相手との距離計算（300m／100m／30m段階）および Apple Watch 触覚通知の送信
• 待ち合わせセッションの作成・管理・終了
• 連絡先（コンタクト）機能の提供
• アプリのパフォーマンス改善とバグ修正
• 不正利用の検出と防止

3位置情報の取り扱い

本アプリは待ち合わせ機能のために位置情報を使用します。

• 位置情報はバックグラウンドでも取得されます（待ち合わせセッション中のみ）
• 取得した座標は待ち合わせ参加者間の距離計算にのみ使用されます
• セッション終了後、リアルタイム位置情報は保持されません
• 近接イベントの発生記録はサービス改善のために一定期間保存されます

4第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Firebase（Google LLC）：アプリ分析（Firebase Analytics）
• Sentry：エラー監視・クラッシュレポート
• Apple Push Notification Service（APNs）：プッシュ通知の配信

5データの保管と削除

ユーザーデータは日本国内（XServer VPS）のセキュアなサーバーに保管されます。アカウントを削除すると、プロフィール情報・待ち合わせ履歴・メッセージを含むすべてのデータが削除されます。

データの削除を希望される場合は、メールにてお問い合わせください。

6セキュリティ

通信はHTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています。パスワードはbcryptでハッシュ化して保管し、平文では保持しません。JWTトークンによる認証を採用しています。

7ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更が生じた場合は、このページを通じてお知らせします。

1Information We Collect

NearMeet ("the App") collects the following information to provide its meetup proximity notification service.

• Account information: Email address, username, display name
• Location data: GPS coordinates from iPhone and Apple Watch (only during active meetup sessions)
• Meetup information: Meetup title, location, date/time, and participant details
• Messages: Canned messages and chat messages sent within meetups
• Device information: Push notification tokens, Apple Watch connectivity status
• Usage data: App usage history and proximity event logs

2How We Use Information

• Calculating distance to your meetup partner (300m / 100m / 30m stages) and sending Apple Watch haptic notifications
• Creating, managing, and ending meetup sessions
• Providing the contacts feature
• Improving app performance and fixing bugs
• Detecting and preventing abuse

3Location Data

The App uses location data to power its proximity meetup feature.

• Location is tracked in the background only during active meetup sessions
• Coordinates are used solely to calculate distance between meetup participants
• Real-time location data is not retained after a session ends
• Proximity event records are retained for a limited period for service improvement

4Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services.

• Firebase (Google LLC): App analytics (Firebase Analytics)
• Sentry: Error monitoring and crash reporting
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): Push notification delivery

5Data Retention and Deletion

User data is stored on secure servers in Japan (XServer VPS). Deleting your account removes all associated data including profile information, meetup history, and messages.

6Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Authentication is handled via JWT tokens.

7Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via this page.
