This Privacy Policy describes how Gratitude Journal Daily Log ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application Gratitude Journal Daily Log ("the App").

• Journal Entries: Gratitude entries you write are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
• Device Information: Device type and OS version, used for analytics and error reporting via Sentry.
• Crash Reports: Diagnostic data to help us identify and fix errors (via Sentry).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App.
• To improve the App through anonymous analytics (Firebase Analytics).
• To detect and fix errors using Sentry crash reporting.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before showing personalized ads.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including a Premium subscription and a one-time purchase option. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google AdMob – for advertising purposes.
• Sentry – for crash reporting and error monitoring.
• Firebase (Google) – for anonymous usage analytics.

6. Data Retention

Journal entries and app preferences are stored locally on your device. You can clear this data by uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay)

This app displays ads served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies (formerly ironSource). To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Unity LevelPlay SDK and the ad networks it works with may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, language setting, and your interactions with ads. This information is processed by Unity and its ad network partners under their own privacy policies: Unity Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
