This Privacy Policy explains how Daylapse: Daily Timelapse ("Daylapse", "the app"), published on Google Play by the developer appdevelopsk ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the Android app.
Daylapse turns one photo a day into a timelapse. Every photo you take is stored in the app's own storage on your device. We do not upload your photos to any server, and there is no account or sign-in. Exported timelapses are saved to your device only when you ask for it, and shared only when you choose to share them.
The free version of the app displays ads served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies (formerly ironSource), and the ad networks it works with, which may include Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these SDKs may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, language setting, and your interactions with ads. This information is processed by those providers under their own privacy policies: Unity Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
The app uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config and In-App Messaging) to count anonymous usage events, measure app performance and deliver in-app messages, and Sentry to report crashes and errors. These reports contain device and app information (such as device model, OS version and app version) and never contain your photos.
Daylapse Premium is an auto-renewing subscription processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, for the purposes described.
Your photos remain on your device until you delete them. Individual days can be deleted from the calendar, and uninstalling the app removes every photo it stored. To ask about data held by the service providers above, contact us at the address below.
Daylapse is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
