This Privacy Policy describes how Color Sense ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application Color Sense ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

• Game Data: Your scores, accuracy, streaks, and play history are stored locally on your device only.
• Device Information: Device type and OS version, used for analytics and error reporting via Firebase Analytics and Sentry.
• Advertising Identifier: If you grant permission, your device's advertising identifier may be collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to serve personalized ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's functionality
• To track your progress and display statistics (locally on your device)
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob
• To monitor app stability and fix crashes via Sentry
• To understand usage patterns via Firebase Analytics

3. Data Storage

All game data (scores, streaks, levels, XP) is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. We do not have a backend server and do not collect or store your game data on any remote server.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or personal data input.

6. Your Choices

• You can opt out of personalized advertising by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
• You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on this page.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay)

This app displays ads served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies (formerly ironSource). To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Unity LevelPlay SDK and the ad networks it works with may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, language setting, and your interactions with ads. This information is processed by Unity and its ad network partners under their own privacy policies: Unity Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
