Access Navi collects your location data to show accessible places near you. Location data is used only while the app is in use and is not stored on our servers beyond what is needed to provide search results.
The app requires location access to find nearby accessible facilities. Location data is sent to our server to perform proximity searches and is not retained after the search is complete.
When you contribute accessibility information about a place, your submitted data (accessibility details, ratings) is stored on our servers to help other users. No personal identifiers are attached to contributions.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (screen views, feature usage) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Community-contributed accessibility data is stored on our servers to provide the service. You may request deletion of your contributions by contacting us.
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store any payment information.
This app displays ads served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation platform operated by Unity Technologies (formerly ironSource). To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Unity LevelPlay SDK and the ad networks it works with may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, language setting, and your interactions with ads. This information is processed by Unity and its ad network partners under their own privacy policies: Unity Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
