🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy

SK APPS has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to providing safe environments for all users.

Any content, behavior, or activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited across all SK APPS applications. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

📋 Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are expressly prohibited in all SK APPS applications:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any image, video, text, or other content that sexually depicts, exploits, or abuses minors
Grooming: Any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors for exploitation
Solicitation: Requesting sexual content from or initiating sexual contact with minors
Trafficking: Any content or behavior facilitating trafficking of children
Exploitation: Any form of child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment

🔍 Detection & Prevention Measures

SK APPS implements proactive measures to prevent CSAE across our platforms:

Content Moderation: User-generated content is subject to review and moderation
In-App Reporting: All apps with user-generated content include an in-app reporting mechanism for child safety concerns
Account Suspension: Accounts found to violate child safety policies are immediately suspended
Data Retention: Evidence related to child safety violations is preserved and provided to law enforcement upon lawful request

📢 How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button available within the app to flag concerning content or behavior.

Email Report: Send details to app.develop.sk@gmail.com with subject line "CHILD SAFETY REPORT". Include as much detail as possible.

We review all child safety reports with urgency and will take immediate action, including reporting to the appropriate authorities when required by law.

⚖️ Legal Compliance & Reporting to Authorities

SK APPS complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including:

NCMEC: We report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
Local Authorities: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in all jurisdictions where our apps operate
IWF: We work with the Internet Watch Foundation and similar organizations to identify and remove CSAM
GDPR/Privacy: While we protect user privacy, child safety takes absolute priority — we will share data with authorities when legally required
